No referral is required to book an appointment. However, some clients may be eligible for funding through a GP referral, Medicare, WorkCover, DVA, or NDIS.

No. Programs are tailored to your current ability level. Whether you are beginning after injury, managing pain, or returning to exercise after time off, your program will meet you where you are.

Depending on your needs and location, telehealth or home-based programs may be available. This can be discussed during your initial consultation.
