Meet Shireen Rigby
Shireen Rigby is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies through movement.
She is known for her positive energy, supportive nature, and ability to create a safe and encouraging environment for her clients. Shireen believes that exercise should feel empowering—not overwhelming—and she works closely with each client to ensure they feel supported at every stage of their journey.
Her approach goes beyond exercise prescription. She focuses on building trust, understanding individual needs, and celebrating every win—no matter how small.
